Hendrati Dwi Mulyaningsih is a PhD holder in Science Management with the research interest in Social entrepreneurship, Social Innovation and Knowledge Management.

She has been working as senior lecturer since 2008 and at present she is one of the lecturer at Universitas Islam Bandung Indonesia ( UNISBA. She is also founder and chairman of Research Synergy Foundation which is actively engaged with academician and practitioner all around the world for strengthening a global research ecosystem.

She has some publications in reputable journals and publisher such as Springer, Emerald, Taylor and Francis and Inderscience. According to her interest and passion in research and publication, with her experiences as an author, reviewers in many reputable journals , Chief of Editor of International Journal of Entrepreneurship, Management, Social Science and Humanities ( IJMESH), and as an International Certified Coach and Trainer give her commitment and eager to enhance the quality of publication in Indonesia and Asia. She is actively giving academic workshop and research coaching clinic for more than 52 workshops and coaching with more than 1.500 participants in all around Indonesia and Asia since 2018 up to present.
