Professor Dr. Rosna Awang-Hashim is a motivation scientist and educational psychologist at the School of Education, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and the editor-in-chief of Malaysian Journal of Learning & Instruction (indexed in ESCI woS, SCOPUS, ERA, ACI). Her research interests include socio-psychological processes in learning and teaching interactions, motivation psychology, student development in higher education, school engagement and leadership. She was a former Dean of School of Education UUM, and former Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic and International) of UUM.
